Warranty and Returns

All our items are covered with Free Return and Full refund or replacement of Dead On Arrival  (DOA) items. Customers must immediately contact us for any item not working out of the box.  

Brand New Items:

All the brand new item comes with a full one-year warranty or as specified by the manufacturer of the item.

The Brand new items also carry 14 days of Free returns for any issues found in the items. Customers must return items in original packaging and all items included in the original package. Any missing or damaged item will attract replacement cost which will be recovered from the refund.

Open box Items:

The open box items do not carry any manufacturer warranty. The open box item is covered with 90 days seller warranty.

The Open Box items also carry 7 days of Free returns for any Dead on Arrival items. Customers must return items in original packaging and all items included in the original package. Any missing or damaged item will attract replacement cost which will be recovered from the refund.

Refurbished Items:

The refurbished items do not carry any manufacturer or seller warranty. 

The Refurbished items may carry 7 days of Free returns for any Dead on Arrival items. Customers must return items in original packaging and all items included in the original package. Any missing or damaged item will attract replacement cost which will be recovered from the refund.
