An “open-box” machine typically refers to a product that has been previously purchased, opened by the original buyer, and then returned to the retailer or manufacturer without using it. While the product is technically not brand-new, it is in original packaging and all the parts remain in their plastic wraps. The original purchaser may have decided to return it for reasons unrelated to its functionality. Sometimes the manufacturer overstocked the machines and decided to liquidate the machines. Open-box items are thoroughly inspected and tested for electronic function without unwrapping individual parts. Purchasing open-box machines can be an attractive option for consumers seeking a discounted-price product without compromising on performance or reliability.

All 3D Printers or machines are shipped via UPS Ground. The replacement parts or upgrades are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

What is the return policy?
