Shipping and Turnaround

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per item”, “per order”, or “per pound” basis. We sometimes offer free shipping options in select categories or products. For Combined shipping, you may create an order and contact us before paying for the order.

Shipping method

For product weight under 1lb, we generally use USPS First class mail, anything above that may be shipped via UPS or FedEx depending on package size.

Large packages will be shipped via USPS Ground, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground based on the destination and shipping cost.

Turnaround time

Order will be shipped out within 2 business days from Completed payment. Shipping carrier takes between 3-5 days to deliver depending on location and type of shipping used.

Over holidays and peaks, there could be delays from our or carrier side. Any significant delay from our fulfillment will be notified over an email. 

International shipping

At present we do not offer international shipping from our site. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us, via email or messenger, before placing an order.

Title of Product

Purchases of products through our site are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and the title for these products passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your ship-to address and we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery. Any loss or damage while in shipment should be reported to us as soon as possible and we will provide a viable solution.
